What is Primal Strength?

The Primal Strength training approach was created by Luke Smith (owner) as the answer for what he recognized to be primary roadblocks to progress in conventional training. After years of training clients, both in person and online, he developed Primal Strength, an approach to physical training that simplifies the process by disregarding anything unnecessary. Luke found that prioritizing simplicity promotes consistency in training and accelerates results, encouraging habits that last.
